What Intervues is

Intervues is an interview practice product. You bring a job posting and your CV, take a spoken practice interview with an AI interviewer, and receive a written report about your performance.

Intervues is practice-only. It is not a live assistant, and it must never be used during a real interview with an employer. We do not build, sell, or support tooling that feeds answers to you while you are being interviewed by someone else.

We are not a recruiter, employer, or placement agency. We do not submit you to jobs and we do not guarantee any hiring outcome.

Your account

You need an account to take an interview. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.

You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use Intervues only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

One account per person. Do not share an account or resell access to it.

Credits and payment

Interviews are paid for with credits. One credit covers one interview and the report generated from it. Credits are consumed when an interview starts.

Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. They handle the transaction, invoicing, and applicable taxes. We never see or store your full card details.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.

Recording and your content

Interviews are recorded. We capture your audio, produce a transcript, and derive analysis from both in order to generate your report. You give explicit consent to this before each interview begins; if you do not consent, the interview cannot start.

You keep ownership of what you say and upload — your CV, your answers, your code, your diagrams. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to run the interview, generate your report, keep your history available to you, and maintain and debug the service.

We will not publish your interview or report, or show it to anyone else, unless you explicitly choose to share it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Intervues to break the law, to harass anyone, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users' data.

The interview includes a sandboxed code execution tool. Do not use it to attack our infrastructure, mine cryptocurrency, or run anything unrelated to answering the interview question.

Do not attempt to extract the interviewer's rubric, prompts, or scoring internals, or to resell or redistribute our reports as your own product.

Availability and limits

Intervues depends on third-party speech, language, and infrastructure providers. Interviews are live and real-time, and outages can interrupt them. We will tell you plainly when something is broken.

If a technical failure on our side prevents you from completing an interview, contact us and we will restore the credit — see the Refund Policy.

The report is an automated assessment of one practice conversation. It can be wrong. It is guidance, not a professional evaluation of your ability, and it is not career, legal, or financial advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Intervues is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or lost income.

Ending your use

You can stop using Intervues and request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing admin@intervues.club.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless doing so would be unlawful.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect for you.
